How has the company supported you in achieving your career goals?

ZBiz has been instrumental in helping me achieve my career goals. The company have provided me with the training and resources I need to develop my skills, and ZBiz has given me the freedom to share my ideas and work without getting micromanaged. I'm grateful for the trust they've placed in me, and I've enjoyed taking on new responsibilities that have allowed me to grow, discover my strengths and develop professionally. Leading projects has been a rewarding (and nerve-racking) experience, as it's given me the chance to use my skills and experience in a new and challenging way!

How do you stay organized and how do you prioritize your workload when dealing with multiple clients or projects?

I always keep a handy notebook with me where I jot down all my tasks for the day. If I don't have my notebook and pen, I use a to-do list app. I also set deadlines for myself and delegate tasks whenever possible. When handling large tasks, I break them down into smaller and manageable tasks.

I also take breaks to play with my dog, Sindri. Even a few minutes of break time can help me stay focused and avoid burnout. Sometimes, all you need is a break to get that aha! moment.

What do you enjoy most about working with clients and providing exceptional service?

I enjoy the variety and challenge of working with clients from different industries. Every day is different and I’m always learning new things. It's also incredibly rewarding to receive positive feedback from clients on the team's work. It's a great feeling to know that our efforts are appreciated. Even when there are setbacks, it just motivates me and my team to work even harder to provide the best possible service.

What is your most memorable experience in ZBiz?

For me, my most memorable experience is whenever we have team meetings and activities. These are the times when we bond over shared ideas and get a glimpse into each other's thought processes. Since we work virtually, I cherish these opportunities to connect with my colleagues on a personal level. We get the chance to share personal stories about our favorite movies and TV shows, the music we're listening to, and stuff outside of work.

This also shows how supportive and encouraging the culture at ZBiz is. Whenever someone feels overwhelmed or doubts themselves, my colleagues are always there to offer reassurance and help. I'm always grateful to meet the ZBest people and be part of ZBiz.

What is your quote to live by?

My favorite quote and one I try to live by is "You live every day. You only die once" by Dwight Schrute from the sitcom, The Office. It might sound a bit dark, but for me, it's a reminder that every day is a new beginning, a chance to connect with the people and things that bring us joy, learn something new, and grow as a person. Of course, life isn't always sunshine and rainbows, I keep reminding myself that if I fail, I need to take a moment to pause, evaluate the situation, and pick myself back up. We have plenty of rest when we die so enjoy the process, savor every moment and hustle again until you reach your goal.

If you could have any superpower/s, what would it be and why?

If I had a superpower, it would be the ability to understand and talk to animals. I could have conversations with Sindri to find out what he’s thinking and feeling. I could be Ceasar Milan but on another level!

Or the superpower to travel back in time and learn the answers to some of life's greatest mysteries since I'm also fascinated by history. How were the pyramids built? Was it really aliens who built it? How did Leonardo da Vinci paint the Mona Lisa? What was it like to live during the Renaissance period? Why the Voynich Manuscript was made? It would be an amazing experience!

If you had to watch one movie on repeat, what would it be?

If I had to watch one movie on repeat, that would be White Chicks. It's one of those movies that I can put on and it instantly puts me in a good mood. There are so many iconic moments, from the start of the movie to Terry Crews singing “A Thousand Miles”, the auction scene, and the epic dance-off. It's just a fun, lighthearted movie that's perfect to watch when you need a good laugh.
